If it was, you had a DWF, which is valuable because it can be bred for hidden abilities.

Er... not really. A Dream World Female is only good if the Hidden Ability is more useful in Competitive Battling than the normal Ability. In this case, Goldeen, the Ability is Lightningrod, which is more useful than its normal Ability. However, this is not always true. In the case of Umbreon, its normal Ability, Synchronize is more useful than its Hidden Ability, Inner Focus.
My second Dream World Pokemon was a Dream World Female Aron, which, if it evolves into Aggron, has the most powerful Heavy Slam of all Pokemon, due to the fact that Heavy Metal doubles its already ridiculously high weight.

Err... Yes, really. What you said is true, but it's still valuable to get most hidden abilities (though there are a few that are useless), and breeding DWFs is the best way to do this.
