I think it's good the way they're balancing out the strength of the MegaMon, and I'm happy that we FINALLY get to see Kangaskan's baby!

Yeah, I think that the 'only have one in battle at a time and the evolutions are only temporary' is interesring. no doubt that this will fule one of the next gen wars. and at lease this will help some of the kangeskahn-cubone arguments. i think that its a bit of a waste though, they could have just made them into A normal evolution (then you have blaziken...) but its still a really interesting mechanic with cool designs.

No, they really couldn't. They have a three-evolution rule, the MegaMons are just powered-up forms.
People can still speculate about Kangaskan and Cubone, as the theory is actually that it was originally intended to be an evolutionary line, but it isn't.
